LOWER MANHATTAN DIALYSIS CENTER

Founded in 1971, the Lower Manhattan Dialysis Center (LMDC) is one of the most well-established and respected dialysis institutions in New York. We are centrally located at 323 East 34th Street, just outside the Midtown Tunnel entrance. Patients travel to our center from all 5 boroughs and as far as Long Island and New Jersey, due to our proven record of clinical excellence and patient survival, our friendly multi-lingual staff, our high rate of kidney transplantation, and our patient-centered, individualized medical care.

LMDC has been owned and operated by physicians for almost 40 years. In addition to your current Nephrologist who will continue to manage your medical care, LMDC has full-time Nephrologists on the premises every day who assess each patient during each dialysis shift. Our performance outcomes are among the best in New York. Home dialysis is offered to all patients, and transplantation is actively encouraged.

Please feel free to contact our Medical Director, Dr. Robert Matalon, our administrator Miriam Sinitzky, or our patient care coordinator Dianna Mercurius for more information at 212-889-1082, or by email at Administrator@LowerManhattanDialysis.com.
